M Charities

We are delighted that we will partner and support three charities in 2015…

Terrence Higgins Trust

Founded in 1982, Terrence Higgins Trust was the first charity in the UK to be set up in response to the AIDS epidemic and has been at the forefront of the fight against HIV ever since.

Today it is the leading HIV and sexual health charity with centres across England, Scotland and Wales, providing sexual health checks, counselling and support groups. Terrence Higgins Trust secures public and political support for HIV and sexual health issues, and campaigns to eradicate stigma and discrimination.

M will be partnering with the ‘School of Hard Knocks’ to create employment for selected candidates who have completed their courses.

School of Hard Knocks is a social inclusion charity which runs courses that use sport to tackle the issues surrounding unemployment, antisocial behaviour, crime and health. The charity has an expert team of coaches and mentors and is supported by a wide range of high profile individuals from within and outside sport and is one of the most effective and high profile courses in the UK, working with some of the most hard to reach individuals in our society to get them into employment

The Head & Neck Cancer Foundation is founded by doctors, supporting ground-breaking research into the treatment of head and neck cancers. They focus on the surgical techniques and technologies that change the outcomes of cancer and their research projects are aimed at honing existing treatments and improvements in patient care.

Day and evening events raise money to help refine surgery today and develop the techniques of tomorrow.
